皮殼機一般用于大批量生產(chǎn)月餅、茶葉、禮品盒、手機、內(nèi)衣、工藝品、眼影盒等外包裝盒及文件夾、臺歷、精裝書封面的生產(chǎn)成型，是有效的自動化生產(chǎn) 解決方案。 一臺完整的皮殼機一般有真空系統(tǒng)、自動潤滑加油系統(tǒng)、快速調節(jié)系統(tǒng)、智能控制黏劑預裝置、自動飛達輸紙裝置、紙板自動定位裝置。
The pulling on machine is generally used for the mass production of outer packaging boxes for moon cakes, tea products, phones, underwear, handicrafts and cosmetics and the forming of folders, desk calendars, hardcover book covers, and is the most effective solution for automatic production.
One complete pulling on machine is generally composed of vacuum system, automatic lubricating system, quick mold change system, intelligent control adhesive pre-filling device, automatic Feida paper feeding device, and cardboard automatic positioning device.
1、皮殼機一般采用飛達自動送紙結構，整體動作機械式控制，結構簡單合理。
2、推紙平臺與走紙平臺的寬度調整采用中心同心調整，操作簡單。
3、紙板送料臺采用線性導軌，準確無誤。
4、紙板送料有堵紙板自動停機裝置，減少好產(chǎn)品的廢品率。
5、輸送帶采用大功率吸風機，使紙張輸送更加平穩(wěn)準確。
6、紙張的輸送定位系統(tǒng)采用進口高精度光電控制，使紙張與紙板的定位更加精確可靠。
7、后置的全自動和半自動四邊折邊機采用的自動壓角、壓邊機構，保證了成品的合格率。
8、收料平臺采用臺式堆疊輸送放料，收料更方便。
1. The pulling on machine generally adopts Feida automatic paper feeding structure, and the overall action is mechanically controlled with simple and reasonable structure.
2. The width adjustment of the paper pushing platform and the paper moving platform adopt center concentricity adjustment, and features simple operation without error.
3. The cardboard feeding table adopts linear guide rails, which is accurate without error.
4. The cardboard feeding table is equipped with automatic stop device when there isn't cardboard, which can reduce the defective index of products.
5. The conveyor belt adopts high-power suction fan to make the paper conveying more stable and accurate.
6. The paper conveying and positioning system adopts imported high-precision photoelectric control to make the positioning of paper and cardboard more accurate and reliable.
7. The rear automatic four-side flanging machine adopts unique automatic corner and edge flanging mechanism to ensure the qualified rate of the finished product.
8. The receiving platform adopts the desktop stacking to convey the material, which is more convenient.
