機(jī)器特點(diǎn) Machine Features

1. 火花壓制器

當(dāng)火花產(chǎn)生時(shí)，本機(jī)裝有特殊的電子回路，能自動(dòng)切斷高周波壓制火花，對電極和物料的損耗降到，同時(shí)警告燈發(fā)亮示警。

2. 避免電波干擾裝置

置有高周波頻率穩(wěn)定和高周波漏磁壓制器，此裝置能免除電波漏出干擾別的電子裝置，如電視等。

3. 安全裝置

當(dāng)電流超過限制值時(shí)，過負(fù)荷電流繼電器自動(dòng)保護(hù)振蕩管和整流器，同時(shí)可以避免由不當(dāng)操作所引起的頻率飄移。

4.氣動(dòng)壓力裝置

本機(jī)配有氣壓加壓裝置，根據(jù)使用情況調(diào)整氣壓壓力可大大降低工作強(qiáng)度及提高電壓產(chǎn)品之品質(zhì)，另氣動(dòng)電器控制部分還備有高周

氣壓連動(dòng)及氣動(dòng)人工操控。改變此控制方式可改變高周加工工藝。

1. Anti-spark machine:

The anti-spark machine could cut off the high frequency to minimize the impacttowards the materials and moulds and at the same time ,the alarm will also de on in that case.

2. Jamming prevention device

Equipped with frequency stabilizer and high frequency magnetic leakage suppressor,This device previce leakage of electromagnetic radiation to anoid jamming other electrical instruments such as televisions and ridios,etc.

3. Safety ddevice

When the current exceeds its limits,the overload relay functions automaticaly to protect oscillation tubes and rectifier, Frequency deviation caused dy misoperation is also prevented.

4. Pneumatic pressure device

It is provided a pneumatic pressurizing device,which can adjust the air pressuer if practicai,greatly decrease the operation difficulty and impration equipments,change the controlling method may modify the high -frequency processing technology.
