瀝青混合料拌和機(jī)操作和使用：

★ 接通電源、打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，電源指示燈亮。

★ 按工作需要設(shè)定加熱溫度，先按溫度表上的“SET"鍵0.5秒，PV窗顯示“SV"，SV窗位閃爍，按位移鍵“←"將閃爍位移至需設(shè)定位，按加減鍵“↑↓"直到將數(shù)字設(shè)定至所需值，按“SET"鍵確認(rèn)，設(shè)定結(jié)束。

★ 時(shí)間設(shè)定，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的攪拌時(shí)間為90秒，也可按工作需要自行設(shè)置，打開(kāi)時(shí)間繼電器有機(jī)玻璃蓋板，按撥盤(pán)開(kāi)關(guān)，按至所需值。

Asphalt Mixer Operation and Use:

★ Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator is on.

★ Set the heating temperature according to the work requirements. First press the "SET" key on the thermometer for 0.5 seconds. The PV window displays "SV" and the SV window blinks. Press the shift key "←" to shift the blinking to the required setting position. Press Add and subtract keys "↑ ↓" until the number is set to the desired value, press the "SET" key to confirm, the setting is completed.

★ Time setting. The standard mixing time is 90 seconds. It can also be set according to the needs of the work. Open the plexiglass cover of the time relay and press the dial switch to the required value.

★ After setting, turn on the heating switch, the heating pot starts to heat, press the up key, the stirrer will automatically stop after it rises to a certain position, and cover the inside of the preheating heating pot: when it is heated to 160 ° C, remove the lid. Press the down and stirring key, the agitator starts to stir and fall (it can stop automatically to the low position of A), the agitator will automatically stop at the specified time, press the up key to add the specified mineral powder, and repeat the above operation.

瀝青混合料拌和機(jī)常見(jiàn)現(xiàn)象及排除：

★ 瀝青混合材料攪拌機(jī)是采用加熱管加熱，二層內(nèi)加熱加入導(dǎo)熱油后，熱傳遞到拌和鍋的各部；第三層為保溫層，再鍋口左外側(cè)有加熱管的接線端，電壓為220V，右移為感溫探頭插孔，再右移為氣壓閥門(mén)，在加熱過(guò)程中，如有少量導(dǎo)熱油從中溢出，或鍋邊有局部油漆鼓起的現(xiàn)象，都為正常的現(xiàn)象。

★如果機(jī)器在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中有局部損壞，特別是上下限位開(kāi)關(guān)移位，如造成了下限位開(kāi)關(guān)不停機(jī)，但面板操作鍵仍作用，在使用時(shí)應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，打開(kāi)后蓋板換上同規(guī)格的開(kāi)關(guān)即可。

★ If the machine is partially damaged during transportation, especially the upper and lower limit switches are shifted, if the lower limit switch does not stop, but the panel operation keys still work, stop the machine immediately when using it, and open the rear cover and replace it. A switch of the same specification is sufficient.
