GE118-A型實時監(jiān)控烤貝高速整經(jīng)機(jī)為新開發(fā)的高性能整經(jīng)設(shè)備。本機(jī)沒置了高品質(zhì)的閉環(huán)張力控制系統(tǒng)（P1D）,保證紗片總張力的恒定和精確。本機(jī)的微電腦控制系統(tǒng)能在整經(jīng)過程中連續(xù)監(jiān)測益以直徑并安時進(jìn)行張力控制，保正成組盤頭的直徑（外周長）及米長一致。

GE118-A Warp i ng mach i ne i s a new developed mach i ne with good funct i on. The warper has a closed ci rcuit tens i on (PID)to sure of the eternally fixed and accurate of the yarn. The micro-computer real-time monitoring system can detect beam's diameters in succession and regulate the tension at a I I t ime to make sure that d iameters of a set of beams are equal.

Main Features

2、電腦實時檢測盤頭的直徑、米長和圈數(shù)，保證成組盤頭直徑（外周長）及米長一致。

3、張力羅拉實施PID閉環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)張力，保證紗線張力平穩(wěn)。

4、計算精度高，具有報警功能。

5、聯(lián)機(jī)修正整經(jīng)參數(shù)，母盤頭可以修正整經(jīng)長度，子盤頭可以修整外周長和米長。

6、盤頭裝卸由氣動制動器，羅拉制動米用電動制動器。

7、主軸制定采用氣動制動器，羅拉制動采用電動制動器。

8、操作靈活方便，可以進(jìn)行模擬盤頭配制。
